Pilot privacy
Updated October 14, 2026.
What we collect
The signup form saves your email, selected tools, interest category, consent record and signup time in the pilot's private database. Your tool choices, saved update IDs and theme choice may also be remembered in your browser. These preferences are not synced to an account or sent to us as a browsing history. Your email is not stored in browser preferences.
How we use it
We use signup details to manage the pilot and prepare a weekly digest around your interests. A signup remains pending until you confirm your email. Resend delivers the confirmation and weekly digest; regular digests do not begin before confirmation. We record confirmation, unsubscribe, delivery failures and complaints to keep your choices and the list accurate.
Who can access it
Pilot signups are available to the site owner through a protected inbox. They are not displayed publicly or shared with sponsors. ChatGPT Sites hosts the service and private database. Resend processes the recipient address and email content needed to deliver messages. Open and click tracking are disabled.
Your choice
Signup is optional. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link that stops future editions. You can cancel a pending signup from its confirmation email. For removal or other privacy requests, reply to an email or contact myaitoolbrief@gmail.com. We keep a minimal suppression record when needed to honor opt-outs or delivery complaints.
Basic abuse prevention
The service uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not run advertising trackers or require an account to submit the pilot form.
