PILOT EDITION 001 · OCTOBER 17, 2026
This is a sample of the weekly brief. Five checked changes, with the context to decide what deserves your time.
01 / CHATGPT
Codex CLI 0.163.0 adds a searchable /config view and identifies settings that need a restart. It also lets follow-up messages steer a running response immediately.
Open /config in a supported CLI release and look up a preference you already use. Check its restart guidance before changing it during active work.
02 / CLAUDE
Anthropic's October 15 notice says Haiku 4.5 leaves the Free, Pro and Max model selector on October 29. Existing conversations continue on Haiku 5.5; API, Claude Code, Team and Enterprise are unaffected.
Try a familiar task with Haiku 5.5 before October 29. Compare its answers with your current workflow before continuing older chats.
03 / GEMINI
Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can use Argon in Gemini. The update adds task delegation from chat and brings Google Antigravity's coding interface into the Gemini macOS app.
Check task eligibility before trying a small delegated task. Mac users can explore the integrated coding interface.
04 / CURSOR
Cursor cloud agents can now create interactive canvases as part of a task. A finished view can be published for teammates to open through a shared link, subject to plan and organization settings.
Ask for a small comparison with assumptions you can inspect. Review the result and sharing requirements before sending a link to your team.
05 / LOVABLE
Lovable added GPT-Live, newer Claude and Gemini models, and tools including Perplexity, Firecrawl and Parallel for app features. Describe a feature and let Lovable select a provider, or name one in the prompt.
Try one small feature, such as a research panel with source links. Review its answers and per-request credit usage before expanding it.
